One day we went to a children’s home called deb’s house. We met everybody and went to a restaurant to eat lunch and the children went crazy after we got back. We finally got them calmed down and played duck duck goose. It was a blast. All the kids attacked me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! [not kidding]and we played simon says shut up and that’s how get them t be quiet. I
- At Deb’s House
- Walking back to Deb’s House from restaurant
loved playing with them.
I loved that place. It was awesome hanging out with them.
Jim’s note: The kids practice English by playing simon says. They say things such as “simon says clap your hands”, “simon says touch your head” and they yell “simon says Shut Up”. It was very funny.

It was a great experience for us. We have some photos that Raluca gave us to give to you when we return to the states.

I am so happy that you got to meet the kids that you have helped support these past years. They are lovable but ENERGETIC kids. If is hard to believe they have gone from babies to children…and the only thing they want is the one thing we can’t give them…a family. In all of my years doing this I have never figured out why they will deny a child a mom and dad. Thanks for taking the time to meet them…deb
