UNESCO World Heritage Monument list, which made it interesting in that they let you see more. According to the guide, the only Monastery that had a English speaking guide, said it was built 15 years to late (1614) to be included. What was nice was that we could take pictures inside, they allowed us to go up the bell tower and they showed us the “secret room” which supposedly all of the monasteries have.

To think the monasteries are so old and we in the US tear down buildings that are 40 years old. Love seeing all the pictures, especially nathan in the man skirt!
We missed you all yesterday. Ava had to carry the load as the only kid!
